Tips for the Healthy Mind!
Take the time to unplug. Turn off phone, computer, tv, any and all electronic devices. Sit in silence. Meditate, scry, or pray. (Do one of them or all or them.) Scrying is to stare at something, such as, candlelight, waterfall, waves, or crystal ball. Be calm.
